Traditional, multi-room pub, which was partially opened out some years ago. Separate room at rear with darts & pool. Friendly & comfortable. The beer garden was restored mid-2017 & is an excellent place to enjoy an ale when the weather is fine. There is a log-end darts team & a karaoke league team. Close to Hyde Central Train Station & on 330 bus-route with a stop outside the pub.

Mid-week loyalty club.

Functions can be booked (Funeral Wake, Christenings etc).

Pie & Pint deals/Hotpots/Fresh Oven Bottom Muffins are available subject to availability.

November 2025 - Cask ales are hoped to be reinstated soon when they extend the bar.
