Situated in a quiet rural spot by the Shropshire Union Canal and close to the popular Sandstone Trail.

The white-rendered pub is two-tiered. The lower level is aimed more for diners and features chandelier lighting and a large brick-surround fireplace with wood burner. The smaller raised area has comfortable banquette seating and scatter cushions. The beer garden and patio lies alongside the canal with views towards the imposing Beeston Castle. Well-catered camping is available at the rear of the car park
