Situated on busy main road into Cambridge. The former pub closed in March 2012. It was demolished, except for the frontage, and replaced with a ground-floor restaurant/bar area with expanded residential areas above and in the former grounds.

The Seven Stars finally reopened in December 2019 as an "Indian Pub". There are no cask ales. Four keg taps dispense Kingfisher, Cobra, Worthington Creamflow and Aspall's cider. Cocktails are mixed to order. Many of the tables are set for diners but there are stools at the small bar and drinkers are welcome to use the tables as well.
