Reputedly the only Royal Shepherd in the country. It is a canal-side, town-centre local with a traditional layout and a small garden to the side. The main bar has an interesting stained-glass window on a canal theme, there are also 2 small rooms either side of the bar which can also be used as as meeting rooms. Traditional home cooked food served daily with themed food days through the week. A Lilly's cider served on one hand pump.
