Under new management, this venue has seen a new colour scheme and the removal of many items associated with "a local". Formerly a no cask ale pub, this pleasant free house has now removed it's handpumps again as profit comes before choice. A "locals' pub in a pleasant Pontcanna backstreet. It has two distinct drinking areas, formerly separate rooms, divided by a central servery. The left hand area is more comfortable. Sunday lunch available September to June.
