Attractive stone pub on the main road through the village. Changed hands Feb 2020, now run by local couple who also own a cider company. Good well-kept range of beers from local breweries including Wincle & Aldwark, and a great emphasis on ciders, including their own brand. Friendly and welcoming staff, good range of excellent food served at most times. Branch POTY 2024, Branch Cider POTY 2022-2025, East Midlands Cider Pub of the Year 2023-24-25.
