Canal side, Trent and Mersey Canal, pub. Next to lock 42 on the Trent & Mersey Canal, the emphasis is on dining with good value substantial pub meals. The main lounge dining area has a bright modern feel and on the bar are three Robinson’s ales. Outside there are bench tables beside the lock for enjoying a daytime beer whilst watching boats using the lock. Large function room, refurbished early 2025, available for hire.
