The pub has has had a complete redesign and renovation in June 2026 with the welcome addition of air-conditioning. Now under new management. The front patio is a 'natural sun trap'.
Kitchen now open serving daily from noon. They have an ice cream machine. Limited range of keg beers - Cruz Campo, Moretti, neck oil, London black by Ansbach & Hobday and Inch's cider. Café menu - a Cappuccino for instance is priced at £3.50. The pub is air-conditioned.
Update: First real ale on the bar 30th July 2026.

Historic Interest
History: The pub originally opened shortly after the Hampton branch line was built in 1864. Located on Station Road just beneath the railway bridge (hence its nickname "The Dip").
