Branch Pub of the Year in eleven of past sixteen years, Hertfordshire Cider Pub of the Year 2022, 2023 & 2024. Four cask ales on offer, two national and two guest, with one always being dark; at bank holidays and the third weekend of the month extra beers are on stillage. Hearty homemade food and snacks, dogs welcome. There is a large garden and car park, the pub popular with walkers and cyclists as well as locals. Extensive cider menu is located by the bar
