Bar and bottle shop opened 2023 serving three cask ales mainly from smaller independent breweries together with a real cider and eight keg beers, cans, and bottles. The bar and bottle shop with a small amount of seating is to the left-hand side while an extension into the adjoining unit is to the right-hand side providing further seating. There is more space upstairs in two small rooms with a much larger room at the back. Current beer selection, together with ABVs and prices, is displayed on the wall above the bar. A covered and heated courtyard to the rear provides some further seating with an outdoor feel. Cold food platters are available Friday to Sunday including cheese and meat boards, ploughman's and pies. Alternatively, hot meals can be ordered from certain local restaurants for consumption in the pub.
