Imposing 19th-century pub with charm and character fully refurbished and relaunched under the Pesto brand September 2025. Ideally located for those travelling into or out of Warrington or visiting the nearby Walton Hall & Gardens. The inn’s striking architecture includes tall decorative chimneys, stone mullion windows, and a mock Tudor-style frontage that has welcomed guests for generations. At the turn of the 20th century, it even served as a stop for horse-drawn buses. Cask ale may often not be available.
