A newly refurbished 17th-century inn located by the canal and close to the river. It retains its period charm with oak beams and a wooden pillar taken from a ship captained by Admiral Nelson. Originally a boat builders yard, then the Unicorn and the Navigation, the pub has a large outside seating area where you can sit and observe the open-topped tourist buses coming and going. Family-orientated and dog-friendly. Accommodation available.
