The Pen Factory was first opened in 2015, as a reincarnation of the original Everyman Bistro. Re-opened in October 2024 by owners of Bridewell and Denbigh Castle. Basement bistro style bar with large tables and a pleasant walled garden. Located next door to the Everyman theatre and close to the Philharmonic hall makes this a popular place for theatre and concert goers. The Pen Factory also serves great food .
