CAMRA Bradford Branch Pub of the Year 2025 - Runner-up (Outer Bradford)

The sister pub to the Peacock Bar on North Parade, Bradford, this establishment opened in November 2019. A modern basement pub, located opposite the railway station, comprising a small bar area and an adjacent larger room downstairs. Up to five cask ales are offered, usually from local and regional breweries. One pump is dedicated to dark beers and another is often used for those with a higher abv. Some of the cask ales may be served from wooden casks. There are two rotating "craft keg" beers on tap. Four lagers, a wheat beer and a couple of ciders are also offered from keg. Bottled and canned drinks are available from the fridges behind the bar. Indian-style street food is offered and very popular with customers. On Monday nights, the food is 'Chinese tapas'. Darts league matches takes place on Wednesday evening (although this may change to Tuesday in 2026)
