Converted from a former farmhouse, still retaining a range of outbuildings, in a small enclave surrounded by residential development. It is hard to find, being accessed via a narrow driveway between two houses but is signposted from Pantmawr Road. Darts, quiz Sunday night, pool table, jukebox, summer weekly barbeque.
