The Community Centre opened in 2000 and benefits from having a full licence, so anyone can use the bar. This is situated in a somewhat cavernous room with big sliding windows which open onto a patio with playing fields beyond. A large screen shows live football most evenings during the season. There is also a conservatory extension. The guest beer is usually something interesting.

The on site cafe is open Monday to Friday, 9:30-2:30.
