The Orchard was opened in early March 2018, a sister pub to the Guild Ale House. Located within the Grade II listed covered market the décor/framework is of wood recycled from the old market trestle boards plus lots of modern glass. No food but there is plenty on the neighbouring market, which can be ordered and taken in. Three cask ales and ten craft ales are always available alongside real cider.
