Re-opened under new management and re-branded as King Carveries in May 2025 after a short closure for refurbishment. Now a Stout & Stone Inns establishment. Three hand pulls but availability of cask ale believed to be sporadic at best.

Large suburban pub with two contrasting rooms. The large lounge serves as a dining area, while the smaller bar has a pool table,TV and sports theme. Pub also opens on to Hearsall Common.
