16th century former coaching inn which had stabling for over 100 horses. There are interesting stained glass windows in the bar and one of the function rooms was previously a courthouse. Full bar meals and children and toddler's menus. Restaurant is a la carte and carvery certain days of week including Sunday luncheon. There are two function rooms, one has a private bar and the restaurant is available for hire.
