A real ale drinker’s pub with comfy lounge on the right and bar on the left as you enter. There is a garden area at the back and the stables and other out buildings from when this was a coaching inn. As well as Arkell’s beers gluten and wheat free bottled beers from Greens are available. There are TV screens for sports fans. Home to cribbage and darts teams.

Historic Interest

An old Coaching Inn dating back to the 18th century. The front was rebuilt following a fire in the 1930s.
