Large pub set in small village in very good walking country - welcomes walkers, muddy boots and dogs. Free house with at least two and sometimes three ales on plus a decent cider or perry. Flagstoned floor and low ceiling, modern bar area. Dining room at other end, good food served, roasts only on Sunday until they run out and then revert to normal menu.
