A Free House/bar, internet cafe and record shop opened in 1995 which closed in November 2014.

Ninety One is a local pub at the heart of Brick Lane.

Set within the Old Brewmaster’s House of the Truman Brewery, a Grade II listed building, the venue is steeped in East London’s brewing history. The Truman Brewery is a cornerstone of London’s beer-making history, operating for centuries and becoming the world’s largest brewery before closing its doors as a working brewery in 1989.

Now transformed into one of East London’s most vibrant cultural destinations, Ninety One is the first pub to open on the brewery site in 37 years, with a variety of local beers, cocktails and craft wines.

Serves as a neighbour hood bar during the week but with live music, DJ’s and dancing at the weekend.
