Little Victorian pub which despite alterations (making it a single room) remains a locals' local. Don't be put off if the front door looks shut - everyone uses the back door. Home of Millhead FC. Reopened in late 2025 by a community group.

When Boddingtons was independent, this was the most northerly tied house and still retains the livery.
