Village local, listed grade 11, with low beamed ceiling. Stone tiled floor in the bar which has pool table and darts. The pub seems to have changed little over the years and still holds its old world feel. Recent renovations mainly to outside buildings. Interior has pleasant decoration and the lounge a coal fire. Quiz on Sundays. There is an occasional guest beer - possibly a further Grainstore.
