Lively Irish-themed bar close to the town centre and popular with students, locals and visitors. The emphasis is on atmosphere rather than cask beer, with keg beers, stout and lagers forming the core of the range; no real ale available. Regular live music and sport shown on TV contribute to a busy, sociable feel, particularly at weekends.
