Micro Bar, Manchester

This interesting and innovative small bar was opened by Paradise Brewery when the Arndale Market was refurbished in 2006 and in 2009 it was taken over by the Boggart Hole Clough Brewery, until its closure in 2016. It was extended into another stall in 2010 which added some stools by the bar although you generally sit in the market hall seating. Also sells continental options on draft. Good selection of bottles and cans in the fridge. While it does not sell food there is plenty of variety available from the surrounding stalls. The hours are limited to the market opening times but it is well worth a visit, especially if you have had enough retail therapy in the Arndale. Sells some of the owner Mark's 'From the Cellar' beers brewed at home. Pub serves a mixture of real cider and fruit based "cider" drinks as bag in box. Last orders is 15 minutes before closing time.
