Cosy bar with original beams, inglenooks and fire places and usually at least three cask ales from Sharp's, Otter and other regional brewers.

Large eighty seat restaurant and a large beer garden with wooden pirate ship for kids to play on. Good food including roasts on Sunday.

Old skittle alley now converted to eight en-suite chalets.
