Large community local; unusual in still having both a separate bar, and a 'snug'.

Regular events such as bingo and quizzes. The pub is now free of tie so can have beers from more unusual breweries and the landlord welcomes suggestions. Up to 4 real ales at all times and 4 bag in box ciders.
