New bar/bistro opened in existing premises in the heart of the village in December 2024. The owner/licensee has previously held licences for the Yellow Lion in Greasbrough and the Effingham Arms in Rotherham Town Centre. Serves breakfast in the morning and lunch from noon until 4pm. Sells a range of alcoholic and soft drinks. The pub now opens until 10.30pm everyday and there is now a designated outside seating area. The licence has also been amended to allow alcohol to be taken off the premises in sealed containers.
