Set just by the river, near Bedminster Bridge, this is another Bristol pub dating back at least to Victorian times. Accepting cash only, and serving only cans and bottles, it has a central bar serving a U-shaped drinking area. There are old photographs of Bristol on the wall, and a television for watching the latest Premiership football match. Very much a locals pub.
