This Pub is Permanently Closed

Closed in 2015.

Former quarry master's house and Shropshire's highest pub. It gained its name in the 1980's when the juke box would pick up Radio Moscow. Good quality home cooked food with generous portions available at reasonable prices. Well behaved children welcome. The quarry has a peregrine falcon viewing point with spectacular views over the pool. A pub for over 100 years and popular with walkers who, on a clear day, can enjoy panoramic views over seven counties.
