This Pub is Closed Long Term

Now fully closed. The business has now moved to Frome.

Wells first Micro pub, opened in March 2016 by two beer enthusiasts in what was an old tea-shop, just a few yards from the High Street. As well as between four to six ales being on gravity, there are as many real ciders. The ales can come from any part of the country, and the number on depends on 'supply and demand'. The pub's emphasis is on a quiet, comfortable, place for a pint and a natter with friends, or strangers. Tea and coffee, sandwiches, jackets, toast are also available. There is also a sister pub in Frome, Just Ales, Part 2.
