Friendly and popular pub on the main road from Talbot Green to Cowbridge, on the northern edge of the Vale of Glamorgan. Recently expanded food facilities. Welcoming staff and ambience. Typically two or three cask ales are available, kept in good condition and well presented. Darts teams play in two local leagues. Multiple TVs throughout, cater for sports fans. Dog friendly, with ample supplies of free dog treats. Regular bus services stop close by, and a modest walk from Pontyclun station. Occasional live music.
