A welcoming, dog friendly micropub located in what used to be a pub of the same name until 1909 that serves a good range of cask ale and ciders /perries to your table by friendly and well-informed staff from a rear temperature-controlled stillage and dispensed on gravity. The chalkboard names up to six beers that are available. No hot food but generous filled rolls on offer. A pleasant outdoor pétanque area is at the rear to enjoy on warmer days
