Looking slightly out of place in a pedestrianized shopping area stands this charming, thatched roof, timber framed 17th Century pub. Inside is a snug warren of rooms with stone floors, low beams and some wood-panelling. Reopened in Autumn 2024 following a period of closure. Cask beer not currently available (October 2024) but current landlord is hoping to reinstate cask ales.
