The Holt has a cosy bar at street level with a fine dining restaurant upstairs, both smartly decorated and with plenty of exposed wood. The kitchen is in full view of the clientele. Independently owned by two sons of the Otter Brewery family, the Holt has won Gastro Pub of the Year and Taste of the West and is also currently holder of two AA Rosettes. The head chef also runs popular bread-making and cookery courses.
