A wood-panelled bar opening straight off the cobbled main street at the top of the hill. Following a refurbishment in early 2025 the customer space has been increased by moving the bar towards the back and left side. Beers such as By'Eck Pale Ale, T'owd Lad Best Bitter, Hells Bells Blonde and Gundog Black Velvet we believe are currently brewed near Leeds. Cask, keg and bottled beers are supplied. Guest ales from other breweries. Small batch gins are also distilled. Non-real cider on hand-pump. Food served lunchtimes Weds-Sun. Evening food events such wine and food pairing, Oktoberfest and Christmas. Locals loyalty scheme. Bank Holiday hours may vary.
