A genuine free house, popular with locals and passers-by alike. It is very much food-oriented, with a steak night each Tuesday. Most tables are laid up for diners. Beer festival held in May every year. Bed and Breakfast accommodation available. To the rear is a spacious garden and there is some veranda seating at the front.
