Part of the Cotswold Inns and Hotels group (now owned by Fuller, Smith and Turner aka Fuller's), with seven hotels around the Cotswolds. There are 44 bedrooms in the main house, together with a coach house and a garden cottage.

Adjacent to the hotel is Jack Hare's Bar. There is usually at least one Fuller's real ale on offer, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Westonbirt Arboretum is close by, well known for its dazzling displays of blossom in the Spring and vibrant autumnal colours later in the season.

The Beaufort Polo Club is adjacent to the hotel, and Highgrove House - the Gloucestershire residence of King Charles III - is less than a mile away.
