This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished 1/12/1984, site is now the replacement new-build Grafton Arms. Closed 1/12/1984. History: Former small street-corner Joseph Holt house. This is referring to the original Grafton which was demolished and a replacement 'estate-style' pub built on the site.
