After a short closure the Globe Inn reopened on 29th May 2026. Internal changes are reported and CAMRA will conduct a survey in due course. Until then details on this page should be checked with the pub.
A Modernised Cotswold stone pub, set back from main road through Stonehouse.
You enter the Globe through the porch at the front, to the left there is a coffee lounge/bar with plenty of seating available. To the right there is the smaller main bar.
To the rear of both rooms the toilets may be found together with the skittle alley/function room.
Historic Interest
According to the Stonehouse History Group the present building was built in 1806. It was where the village fairs were held with the Green in front. It is on record as an inn in 1812.
