Popular refurbished (2020) stone built pub opposite the church with a main bar plus comfortable snug featuring a log burning stove. Outdoor decking area popular in summer.

Four upstairs rooms converted in 2021 for guest accommodation including 1 pet friendly room and 1 family room.

As of June 2026 up to 4 cask ales available (Timothy Taylor Landlord plus 2-3 changing guest ales often from Ashover Brewery).

Please note the pub may close early subject to patronage.
