Traditional thatched free house in unspoiled rolling hills of West Dorset containing a slate bar, flagstone floors and lovely old inglenook fireplaces. Three beers are served, usually one from from Exeter brewery, supplemented by local guests and cider from Isaacs. There is an excellent and extensive menu featuring local produce. The pub holds many differing events such as skittles, live music or themed food nights and is the hub of the local community
