Set in glorious countryside, once the home of the Woodhouse family (Badger Beers), this 200 year old country house became an inn in 1915. An ideal base for walkers. Free wi-fi but mobile phone coverage limited due to remote location. Dogs welcome in Snug Bar. Breakfast served 8am-11am weekdays (8.30am-11am weekends). Non-residents welcome. Summer hours quoted, winter more restricted.
