The Fountain Inn dates from 15th century and is a Grade II listed building. There are two bar areas, a rear conservatory which can be used for functions and a patio garden. The lounge is original with wood paneling, ceiling beams and a wood fronted bar. The front bar area was rebuilt following a fire in May 1900 and as such is more modern. Outside is an ancient Steelyard Weighbridge, still in working order. Generally has two cask ales available as well as well known keg beers. Live music monthly and Karaoke on Friday. Not currently offering food.
