Forbidden Fruit is situated on St. Leonards on Sea seafront, in a Victorian terrace of shops with great views. The building has recently been renovated, retaining an Art-Deco partition at the rear of the main bar area. Please note that opening hours vary seasonally, the bar opens until late and where there is demand is regularly open beyond midnight. In Summer it opens midday until late, in other seasons it is closed Mondays, opens at 5pm Tuesdays to Thursdays, 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays and on Sundays it is open from midday until 7pm. Good food is available at very reasonable prices, it is served from the varying opening time until 8pm. Various events are held, Open Mic nights, Quiz Nights, Live Music, etc., check bar's website for details. Under new management from early 2017.
