It's well worth the effort in finding this family owned pub down the country lanes between Shuttleworth (A56) and Turn Village (A680). Surrounded by open countryside with wonderful views down the valley and across to Peel Tower. It's no wonder it is popular as a wedding venue with its extensive gardens and trout fishing lake. The pub specialises in Malt Whiskies with over 500 available, with tasting nights available several times a year. Breakfast is served on Sunday Mornings 10-12, Booking tables is advised for the restaurant which has an excellent reputation. THIS PUB WILL CLOSE ITS DOORS FOR THE LAST TIME ON SUNDAY FEB 1st.
