19th century, traditional village pub located at the Whipsnade Zoo end of the village. Several drinking and dining areas with a large selection of board games available to play. Popular for food especially Sunday roasts (booking advisable) with pub classics available in varying portion sizes. The Mann, Crossman and Paulin leaded windows date back to the 1930s.
