Large, welcoming, open plan pub in Shavington, on the busy A500. There are three main areas, allowing for functions, but eating and drinking tends to take place throughout the pub. Food from an extensive menu is served all day and there are daily food deals such as "Two for Tuesdays", grill nights on Wednesdays and complimentary deserts with the Sunday roasts. One real ale is always available, usually from a national brewer. There is a popular quiz night on Thursdays and occasional live music throughout the year. The Elephant has a large outdoor drinking area and a substantial car park.
