This Pub is Closed Long Term

Real ale availability unknown in this street corner community pub. The pub has just re-opened in February 2014 after a very tasteful eight-month refurbishment. Sadly, the pub struggled and open/closed several times until it finally closed on 2023.

A planning application ref no 23/00306/FUL, dated Thu 02 Mar 2023, proposed “Change of use of ground floor from pub (Sui Generis) to 1no. flat (Class C3)”. This application was granted conditionally 23 May 2023. The branch still needs to confirm that the conversion work has started May 2024.
